Role Overview
As a self-starter with deep operational expertise, you will take full ownership of the supply chain and operational function, operating with a high degree of autonomy. Experience in scaling an FMCG brand is a must. This role requires someone confident in managing up to the co-founders of the business, proactively communicating risks and opportunities, and making sound decisions that ensure operational excellence without close supervision.

You will lead our operational expansion into new global markets and channels, manage increasingly complex supply chains, ensure regulatory readiness, and oversee a growing team responsible for operational excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and suppliers to streamline supply chain processes, improve performance, and support the company’s ambitious multi-market, multi-channel growth trajectory.
