Content and Community Manager
  • Top-level responsibilities include:
    • Creating on-trend imagery and videos for our website, emails and social media channels 
    • Copywriting to create engaging and informative content
    • Replying to customer queries across email and social media channels 
    • Engaging with the Riley community to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates


Operations / Supply Chain Manager

  • Top-level responsibilities include:
    • Responsible for overseeing and optimising our multi-faceted supply chain process including; stock forecasting, managing inventory, warehousing and order fullfillment for both the D2C, B2B and retail side of the business.
    • To lead all Distribution centres to achieve the required performance targets as set out by the strategic goals.
    • Interacting and liaising with the customer services team to prioritise orders and to provide a best-in-class service.
    • Provide monthly KPI reports to management including causal analysis of unfavourable variances and corrective action plans.

Corporate Account Manager

  • Top-level responsibilities include:
    • Supporting B2B Sales; create detailed sales proposals, addressing client queries and seamless onboarding of new customers
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our product and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
    • Stay on top of accounts, making sure all clients are receiving exceptional customer service
    • Customer accounts - automation of renewals and technology process for recurring orders
    • Liaising with Head of Operations and our warehouses to manage operations and dispatch of stock to corporate clients
