Launched in 2021 by three female founders, Riley provides sustainable organic cotton period products that are better for your body, whenever and wherever you need them. We deliver to customers via a subscription service through our online store and also through corporate bespoke solutions and retail. contracts. We have partnered with companies such as KPMG  and Accenture, to provide period products in their employee bathrooms.

Job Spec 

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of our supply chain management. This person will be responsible for overseeing our business's logistics operations and will manage, improve, and optimise different stages of the supply chain. Objectives of this Role

  • Responsible for overseeing and finding ways to optimise our multi-faceted supply chain process including; stock forecasting, managing inventory, warehousing and order fullfillment for both the D2C, B2B and retail side of the business.
  • Responsible for overseeing and management of all fullfillment centres.
  • Development, implementation, and review of new policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for new product development and product launches, continuously working to improve product margins.
  • Heavy involvement in the company’s planning, policy, and strategic decisions.
  • Ensuring all relevant legal and regulatory documents are compliant for their country.
  • Relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • A comprehensive understanding of supply chain, product and profit margins. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and good negotiating skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills - No problem is too big!
  • Creativity and innovation, because you’ll be expected to develop new ideas and concepts.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • End to end supply chain management experience.
  • Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms.
  • End to end supply chain management experience.
  • Retail experience a plus.
  • Take charge! We’re looking for a self-starter that takes initiative and is willing to learn.
  • Exceptional work ethic and motivation to excel in a fast paced environment, start up experience is a plus. 
  • A track record of analytical thinking.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
