My First Period Box

Someone's first period can be an exciting and confusing time. Having the support of their school in breaking the stigma and opening up the menstrual conversation can be incredibly supportive. We want them not to worry, because they're not alone. We're in this together.

Our 'First Period' pack comes with useful information on what to expect with menstruation and a range of different period products to try out. We want students to know that we're all unique and what will work for one person might not work for the next. The only way to figure that out is to give them a go. We also don't want them to be scared - that's why we explain how to use them all step by step. 

Each pack contains:
